Pushed v1.24 code

- Fixed a bug with saving looping 16-bit samples as .RAW/.IFF/.WAV. Two sample
  points somewhere in the waveform would be set to wrong values.
- Linux: Fixed the mouse not working with KMSDRM (hopefully)
