Fix crash with nonstandard 64-bit Windows build If built with WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN defined on 64-bit Windows, malloc() was not declared and so the upper 32 bits of the pointer were lost. Signed-off-by: Mark Harris <[email protected]> Closes https://github.com/xiph/libopusenc/pull/30
