Address review comments (Thanks Fraggle!)

 • use arrlen for calculating static array lengths
 • use M_StringJoin instead of string.h stuff
 • rename files and functions to match convention
 • rand()/srand() are ANSI C, not random()/srandom()
 • en_US spelling
