* renaming stream macros. Examples:

           FILE_Skip    => FT_STREAM_SKIP
           FILE_Read    => FT_STREAM_READ
           ACCESS_Frame => FT_FRAME_ENTER
           FORGET_Frame => FT_FRAME_EXIT
           etc...
