Fix more invalid left-shifts.

* src/pfr/pfrgload.c (pfr_glyph_load_compound): Use multiplication,
not left-shift.

* src/truetype/ttgxvar.c (ft_var_load_avar, ft_var_load_gvar,
tt_face_vary_cvt, TT_Vary_Apply_Glyph_Deltas): Use multiplication,
not left-shift.

git/fs: mount .git/fs: mount/attach disallowed
