Fix compilation with MSVC 5.0. Problem reported by Peter Breitenlohner and Akira Kakuto. * include/freetype/config/ftstdlib.h (ft_setjmp): Updated. * src/sfnt/ttcmap.c (tt_face_build_cmaps): Remove cast.
